Perry has lived in Florida for most of his life and attended TCC as well as FSU before obtaining his real estate license. He has an eclectic background from studying both Liberal Arts and Real Estate.

With real estate being his main interest, his other interests include artistic endeavors in music such as singing, songwriting, and playing guitar as hobbies.

More importantly, he believes in the concept of constantly reading and learning after formal education to expand his knowledge of the world, economics, real estate, and how these factors interact and affect his clients.
