Jan joins Raya with well over 20 years of real estate experience.  Her career focus has been consistent in real estate, having direct experience within residential properties, finance, investments, and commercial properties.  Jan has run and managed departments at JPMorgan Chase, a NY real estate investment trust, and other large financial institutions across Chicago, Dallas, and New York, where her highest, achieved designation was as a Vice President.  

Jan has attended various colleges via enrollment in night classes in Indiana and Illinois.  She simultaneously held a full-time day job/career, climbing the corporate ladder with determination and grit.  She relocated to Jupiter in 2015, obtaining her Florida real estate license in 2018.  Jan is a doting mother to an amazing boy.  Her experiences raising her son from the preschool years and beyond has been a solid foundation in servicing her clients in the Palm Beaches.

Many of Jan’s clients have either decided to relocate to our neighborhoods or have gone through life changes allowing them to move between properties. In all situations and for any of her clients’ different pathways, Jan’s multitude of experiences have allowed her to successfully guide her clients in navigating the real estate selling or buying process with ease.
